Clean premises

The production premises of AVEFLOR Corp. are classified as “clean” and “regular”.

In the “clean” premises, the procedures with open forms of materials or products are processed. The room layout of the “clean” premises allows for an independent flow of input materials, operating staff and output of final products. Incoming and outgoing staff and materials pass through filters dividing the “clean” a “regular” manufacturing premises. Strict rules for sanitation and hygiene are defined for the “clean” premises.

The operating rooms in the “clean” premises are classified with „C“ and the material and personal filters with „C/D“.

The “regular” production premises feature production procedures involving closed form of products. These include capping, product adjustment into group packaging and preparation of transportation packaging of products onto the EUR palettes. These premises also have established rules for sanitation of premises and staff hygiene, yet the requirements are lower than those for the “clean” premises.

The layout of the production premises, adherence to the principles of hygiene and sanitation and regular inspections enable manufacturing pursuant to the principles of the due production practices.
