History

  • The AVEFLOR, a. s. company was established on September 7, 1995. In the years 1995–1997, it manufactured spray products (veterinary preparations, cosmetic preparations and medical devices) in the leased premises in Jičín.

  • Since 1997, the company has had its place of business in the municipality of Budčeves, in the district of Jičín, in the building of the former school in recently adapted premises. The company buildings, in which all the main manufacturing operations are performed, are situated in the centre of the Budčeves municipality (land registry reference number 26), 3 km south-west of Kopidlno, by road No. 32, Jičín – Poděbrady (approx. 20 km from Jičín).

  • Already in the subsequent year 1998, the company decided to profile itself in the area of hair cosmetics as a company introducing quality products with natural tone to the market. The result was the introduction of two new series: Herbal Line with Camomile and New Line with Fruit Waxes.

  • In 1999, the possibility of spray filling was extended by using the aerosol propellant propane butane (see more in section “Aerosol propellants”).

  • The company places the main emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality of manufactured products and services. In 2000, the company implemented the Quality Management System and as of June 16, 2000, it acquired the first certificates pursuant to the ISO 9002, EN 46 002 and ISO 13 488 regulations from an international company of SGS Yarsley International Certification Services. At the same time, it became a holder of the CE certificates confirming compliance with the requirements of the Directive 93/42/EEC, the certificate authorizing the company to enter the European Union market with dental materials and plastic dressings.

  • In 2001, the company was awarded a Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practice from the State Institute for Drug Control – Czech Republic in Prague.

  • In the years 2001-2002, the company managed to introduce several new products at once in the Czech and Slovak markets. The range in the areas of cosmetic products was extended by Variant Colour & Styling Mousse and by a new line of products in the herbal line with nettle extract.

  • In 2003, the company created an integrated Quality Management System pursuant to the ISO 9001:2000 regulations, into which the company included, in addition to the rules for quality of products, also the environmental management system and occupational safety and health protection management system. The integrated system was certified by the company of SGS Systéms & Services Certification, Yarsley, UK and Geneva, Switzerland.

  • In the same year, the innovation of veterinary preparations of Arpalit took place and the product range of the herbal line; with nettle extract was extended.

  • In 2005 during September it was commenced a production extension in the company AVEFLOR, a. s. At the beginning of 2007 a new technology was put into a trial operation. This project under the name „Introduction of a progressive technology for the aerosol preparation production with a method BOV was co-financed by European Union and Královehradecký Region from the SROP program.

  • In 2007 there were launched new products on the market in the field of hair cosmetics: shampoos, conditioners and various types of cures cures..

  • At the turn of 2007 there will be launched new products from the lines AVEMAN and AVEWOMAN.

  • Provision of services and filling the products with the method BOV (bag on valve).

  • Establishing the subsidiary company AVEGUARD a.s. with a long year Russian partner.

  • For the purpose of the entry on Slovak market in the half of 2007 it was established the branch AVEFLOR SK, s.r.o..
