AVEFLOR Corp. offers to its customers the following manufacturing services:
- of aerosol products:
- with aerosol propellant (liquid, emulsion and powder aerosols and mousses;
- with mechanical dispersers (liquid, emulsions);
- BOV aerosols (liquid, mousses, gels).
- of liquid products filled in plastic or glass containers (liquids, emulsions, suspensions).
- of gels filled into plastic tubes.
The company provides complex services to its customers, starting from developing a new product, preparing the first samples and purchasing the input materials, to executing the production, checking each production batch in line with the contractual agreement with the customer and delivering the ready products to the customer.
The so called “clean premises”, are our essential competitive advantage: they enable us to fill medical preparations and pharmaceuticals in non-sterile form. We also fill cosmetic, veterinary and technical preparations. More information about types of products which we produce you can find here.
We emphasize the quality of provided products and services, as well as the minimal environmental impact of our production and labour safety of our employees. We have therefore also implemented an integrated system of quality management, which includes all of the essential corporate procedures and activities, from establishing the requirement of the customer, to concept and development of the new or innovated product, its production and control, up to delivering the product to the customer, including all related service activities. This system is under constant development and its functionality, efficiency and productivity are regularly reviewed by internal audits, audits of contracting customers, by GMP inspections of governmental authorities, as well as of independent certification institutions.
We are able to offer nearly full range of spray products and preparations filled into tubes and bottles, according to the customer request. The wish of our customer is always the key: based on it, we prepare samples, which are then tested and prepared for batch production. We are capable of using various types of aerosol propellant, as well as using the special BOV method.
