Philosophy
- When formulating the philosophy of the AVEFLOR, a. s. company it was proceeded from respect to laws, which govern all happenings around us. Sometimes, these laws are called natural or universe laws. The principal law in the area of production and trade, which AVEFLOR would like to fulfil with its activities, is the law of balance between giving and taking. Therefore, the vision, which can be expressed by the motto "A Satisfied Customer - the Prerequisite of Prosperity" was adopted. In it this balance is voiced, where priority lies in giving, i.e. providing good quality products and services, leading to a satisfied customer. If the customer is satisfied, he passes on an adequate counter-value, which creates the prerequisite for the prosperity of the company.

The mission of AVEFLOR, a.s. can be summed up by the following principles, which the company aims to achieve:
- customer satisfaction;
- employee satisfaction, identifying of employees with the company vision, mission and strategy;
- positive conduct of the company in relation to the environment;
- occupational health and safety;
- spreading the good name of the company in the region, in the entire Czech Republic and abroad.

In order to fulfil its mission, in 2001 the company processed the "Vision, Mission and Strategy of the Company for the Years 2001-2007", which is followed up by short and long-term objectives and on the basis of which the "Policy of Quality, Environment and Occupational Safety" was adopted.

The basis of all the adopted strategic documents is:
- long-term satisfaction of requirements of domestic and foreign customers with supplies of high-quality, ecologically friendly products at the required amount and time, at favorable prices for customers and with an adequate profit for the company;
- satisfaction of employees can be achieved not only by fair financial evaluation of their work, but also by creating secondary incentive factors, such as ensuring a pleasant working environment, increasing their qualification, materializing their requirements concerning facilities at the workplace, and improving human relations;
- ensuring production and distribution of products in an ecologically friendly way;
- spreading the good name of the company not only through commercial and production activities, but also humanitarian and promotional deeds, and also to assist in spiritual growth of individuals.
